Ingredients
2oz Red Admiral Vodka
1oz Pomegranate Juice
0.5oz Cynar
Large ice cube, Thyme Sprigs, Cucumber spear (for garnish)
Method
- Prepare an Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube
- Add Vodka, pomegranate juice and Cynar to a mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir until well chilled, for about 20 seconds
- Strain the chilled cocktail into the prepared glass, garnish as desired, and serve
