Appearance: Clear, cold, and refreshing.

Nose: Almost odourless with a soft, not overly alcoholic aroma and a tiny trace of anise and coconut in the background.

Palate: Made with cold, clean Canadian aquifer water, it has a crisp, neutral flavour with a classic note of wheat flintiness. Very nearly tasteless with its inherent alcohol sweetness extremely well masked by the slight bitterness from the grain.

Finish: Very short finish and then it disappears on the tongue.
