Rose City Gin

Our classic gin is inspired by flavors and spices from India.  To give it a timeless touch of India we have added cumin, cardamom, ginger, red peppercorns. This makes it distinctively refreshing and one of the rare types of gin you can drink straight.

ABV:  40%

Appearance: Clear, cold, smooth and refreshing.

Nose: A classic dry gin confirmed by the distinct cedary juniper-forward aroma.  It’s slightly sweetened by spice botanicals, and a hint of citrus in the background.

Palate: The palate begins with juniper, and melts into a savoury flavour with angelica root and fresh coriander seed and a feint underlying but pervasive note of cardamom. There is a soft citrus zest noticed later on the palate.

Finish: The finish is long and smooth and slightly warm, fading into classic Indian spicing of ginger and peppercorn.
