Lassi Dream

This fun fizz is perfect right before your favourite curry. This drink relies on a bit of natural acidity from the yogurt in your favourite mango lassi and a bit of fizz from lemon soda for great texture. Switch it up to make it personalized with different lassi flavors, like raspberry, pineapple, passionfruit, or rosewater!  


Ingredients

1.5oz Chak De Rye

3oz Mango Lassi

2oz San Pellegrino Limonata

Lemon Zest (for garnish)

Method

  1. Add whiskey and mango lassi to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.
